Terms of use

SSW Car Mobility, run by SSW CAR MOBILITY RESOURCES, SSM registration no. 202603267860, lets you browse cars, see an estimated monthly lease payment and send a lease application. It is a way to apply, not a lease contract. A lease only exists once you and the financier or dealer have both signed a separate written agreement.

Every monthly figure is an estimate based on the car’s price, the down payment and term you pick, and the rate shown for that car. Residual (balloon) amounts are due at the end of the term and are not part of the monthly figure. The final rate, fees, residual value and terms depend on your credit assessment and may differ. Approval is never guaranteed.

We try to keep listings accurate, but availability, price and specification can change, and a car may be withdrawn at any time. Photos are illustrative stock images or generated illustrations and may not show the exact car; see our photo credits. A listing is an invitation to apply, not an offer to sell or lease.

• You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract in Malaysia.
• Give true, complete and current information. A false or misleading application may be refused and reported.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.
• One person, one account. We may suspend or close an account that is misused.

When you submit an application you authorise us and the dealer who owns the car to check your credit and financial information to assess it, as you confirm in the application form. You can ask to withdraw an application before it is approved. We may ask for more information or documents before we decide.

Do not misuse the site: no attempts to break into it, overload it, copy it in bulk, or use it to apply on behalf of someone else without their permission.

The SSW Car Mobility name, logo and the design of this site belong to SSW CAR MOBILITY RESOURCES. Photos belong to their creators and are used under the licences listed on the credits page.

The site is provided as it is. We do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, and our total liability for anything connected with the site is limited to the amount you paid us for it, which is nothing for browsing and applying. Nothing here limits any right you have under Malaysian consumer law that cannot be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia can hear disputes about them. We may change these terms; if the change matters we will update the date above, and continuing to use the site after that means you accept the new terms.
